Are you ambitious, well-organised and keen to learn? We’re recruiting for a Trainee Early Careers Recruitment Administrator to join our team, based in our Kilbirnie Street branch in Glasgow.
Hours
Full time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
About the role
You will be a key member of the team, learning how to support our busy Early Careers Recruitment team. It’s a demanding, challenging and rewarding role.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent IT and administration skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal abilities. You’ll learn transferable skills, such as time management, while improving your knowledge and understanding of an administration role.
Day-to-day duties
- Assisting the team with assessment results.
- Providing feedback to candidates on their application.
- Attending key events at dedicated times during the year.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from candidates and colleagues.
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.
Essential skills
- Motivated and keen to learn new skills
- Enthusiastic with a genuine interest in administration
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as using your own initiative
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Computing skills
Nice to have but not essential
- Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
