We are currently recruiting at our Motorstore, Sighthill, Edinburgh for the following position
TRAINEE SALES/ ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
You will be working closely with a sales admin and account team. Initially the role will be scanning, completing admin for sales deals, assist in day to day accounting activities, including processing of electronic bank payments. You will then move into being responsible for ordering cars from stock, checking their progress and tax as well as assigning warranties to sold cars and booking cars in for pre-delivery inspections, processing purchase ledger documents and any other general office duties. Good communication and computer skills are essential and additional training will be provided.
