Hours
Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm and Friday 8am – 4.30pm.
About the role
As our new Site Maintenance Worker, you’ll be responsible for keeping our yard and the surrounding areas in pristine condition. You’ll be confident doing small jobs around the areas as required, including odd jobs and organising our car parks.
This position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working in an active, physical role, has meticulous attention to detail and is a fantastic team player.
Day-to-day duties
- Cleaning the fleet of trucks.
- Control of traffic management.
- Cleaning vehicles externally with a high-powered pressure washer.
- Tidying the yard to keep it litter-free.
- Complying with health and safety procedures while working with chemicals.
- Gritting and clearing all public and staff areas in the dealership when the weather is poor.
- Communicating with management about what’s required on a daily basis.
- Other duties to support the branch as required.
Essential skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Self-motivation with the ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to multi-task
- Willingness to participate in training programmes
