SALES MANAGER
We are currently looking for an experienced sales manager to join our already successful sales team. The ideal candidate will be professional and motivated to not only achieve, but exceed set targets, have the ability to achieve results through others and understand the need for exemplary customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include supporting the general manager in co-ordinating the activities of sales and valet personnel and providing valuation of vehicles offered in part exchange. You will be expected to check all sales persons deal documentation, ensuring that manufacturer and group management systems are maintained and adhered to and ensuring the showroom presentation is to the highest possible standards.
You will be largely responsible for morale and motivation in the sales environment, so strength of personality and an enthusiastic attitude are essential.
