Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
About the role
Working in our busy, fast-moving Leasing department, you’ll be responsible for making sure our vehicle order records are accurate and up to date and for keeping clients updated on the progress of their orders.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will also provide efficient aftersales support to clients to ensure a smooth customer experience.
For this role, you will need a high level of organisation and accuracy, as well as the ability to work well with others.
Day-to-day duties
- Management of order bank data base and keeping clients updated
- Confirming all vehicle order forms are correct and match the dealer quote and clients order confirmation.
- Liaising with suppliers to track order progress
- Vehicle appraisal to check specification matches order
- Arranging delivery of vehicles in line with customer expectations
- Providing daily back up support to clients on all vehicle related issues
Essential skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- A high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and work accurately, even under pressure
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
