We’re recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work in our vibrant Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow.

Hours

Full time: Monday – Sunday, 8.30am – 5pm (1 shift at 9.30am – 6pm on a rota basis)

About the role

As a Sales Administrator in the Group Used Sales Admin Team, you will be responsible for processing our customers’ orders within our internal system with a high degree of accuracy. You will cover numerous branches within the Group and highlight any potential issues, either to Branch Admin or direct to Sales Management if urgent attention is required. This ensures our customers get the best possible experience and that any issues are dealt with prior to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work alongside different branches and team members, ensuring all work is carried out to a standardised format. Vehicle sales admin experience is essential, while being extremely self-motivated and organised.

This is also a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two at home.

Day-to-day duties

  • Preparing our new orders in an accurate and timely manner within our DMS.
  • Completing relevant checks on outgoing and incoming stock.
  • Communicating with branches and other team members.
  • Highlighting any potential issues and ensuring these are dealt with prior to delivery.

  • Vehicles sales admin experience
  • High level of accuracy

  • Ability to deal with high volumes of transactions
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Excellent team player

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Confidence to work from home
