We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic in house recruitment team based within our Mancheste dealership.
In this role your main duties will include sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates in a variety of roles within the Group.
Ideally you will have two years’ experience within an onsite recruitment department or from a recruitment agency. You must be comfortable working to strict deadlines whilst under pressure on a daily basis. Reporting to senior managers and directors you must be enthusiastic, confident and determined, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also be a competent administrator, capable of dealing with important documentation such as contracts and offers of employment as well as being flexible, as travel will be required. A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year is essential.
