The Arnold Clark Group is recruiting for its growing Group Estates Department. Based at our new Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow. We are looking for a fully qualified Professional Quantity Surveyor to work on its Projects.
You will be required to have experience in preparing Bill of Quantities, scoping Projects, preparing tender documents, reviewing and reporting on tender returns and providing full analysis on these. These will range from £10,000 to £6million. So excellent negotiation, organisation and analytical skills are essential.
One of the main responsibilities will be to work closely with Arnold Clark Project Managers and excellent communication skills are important to this role. You should be able to work on your own initiative as well being meticulous with your administration. You will be vital to have experience in dealing with Construction Law and be able to travel to our sites throughout the U.K.
The successful candidate will benefit from excellent working conditions, extensive training, life assurance and private health care, making our package one of the best in the industry. A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of a year is essential
