The Arnold Clark Group are looking to recruit a dynamic, highly motivated Project Manager to join their expanding Estates Department.
The candidate will be required to work under their own initiative in a fast moving environment and deal with several construction projects simultaneously from start to finish. They will be responsible for controlling designs/consultants/contractors/health & safety and costs. Projects will vary in size and will consist of Refurbishments, New Builds to Small Maintenance Works, so all round construction experience is required.
A proven track record of planning projects from the Pre Construction tender stage through to Practical completion is imperative.
Extensive travel will be required throughout the UK branch network therefore a full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year is essential as a car will be provided
You will report to the Group Estates Manager and previous experience of working as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry is essential and attractive package will be offered to suitable candidate.
