We are currently recruiting for a Product Genius for our Renault dealership, Grangemouth.
This new and exciting position within Arnold Clark dealerships is ideal for exceptional customer focussed individuals looking for a new challenge.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, self-motivation and a genuine interest in our product to ensure a wealth of information can be provided to our customers.
The Product Genius is responsible for providing not just a wealth of information to our customers, but a fully satisfying customer experience. From the initial exploration stages to the final handover and aftersales assistance, your product knowledge and attitude will ensure that the customer’s journey is outstanding and memorable.
You will assist your branch, and the Group, with various marketing activities – from stock images to social media content – liaising with Head Office to further enhance our customers’ experiences.
Duties will include preparing the showroom, organising and accompanying people on test drives, providing relevant information to customers and helping them with enquiries, questions and issues at all stages of the buying process. Plenty of training will be provided, but we are looking for candidates with a thirst for knowledge and an ability to learn. You must be able to work well with people and have a solid understanding of Microsoft office.
Hours of work are a weekly fixed rota allowing a work life balance. A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year is essential.
