About The Role
An opportunity has arisen in one of Scotland’s award winning in-house Marketing departments for a dynamic and committed individual to join the team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Photography & Video Marketing, you’ll be responsible for assessing and monitoring inbound sales calls and also website content of our stock images. The role also requires monitoring and quality scoring of our outbound customer facing videos.
About you
You’ll be a career-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. You should be a strong communicator, and comfortable with conveying information with accuracy and consistency in writing and in person. Ideally you will have had some experience in a similar role, and be used to achieving and excelling KPI targets each month.
Duties will include:
• Listening into our inbound calls and accurately quality scoring these against a pre-set checklist criteria.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment and work independently as well as part of the team.
• Manage your workload to achieve pre-set KPIs for the department each month.
• Working within a small team to achieve the monthly deadlines required by our Directors.
