We are currently recruiting at our Head Office, Glasgow for the following position
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
This role is to assist a our busy payroll department. You will be logging mail and updating document management, scanning, answering telephone calls replying to correspondence. You will be given training on the internal time management system as you will be required to bring this up to date.
A high level of keyboard work will be required and this work will be of a confidential nature. You will undertake any other general administration duties consistent with the position as directed by the department manager.
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and to be able to prioritise a busy workload are essential, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Hour of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.00pm
