Are you a fantastic communicator with a real passion for training? We’re looking to recruit a highly motivated Kerridge Trainer/Training Administrator to join our team at Kilbirnie Street in Glasgow.

Hours

Full time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

Location

This is a hybrid role which will involve working from our Kilbirnie Street branch in Glasgow, as well as some working from home. There may also be a small amount of travel involved.

About the role

As our Kerridge Trainer, you will be responsible for all accounts and VSB Kerridge training for new and existing staff. Part of the role will also involve assisting with the administration of the Training department and Accounts Academy.

The role will suit a confident, outgoing personality with a passion for training, good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Day-to-day duties

  • Present training courses to new and existing members of ACA staff including graduate accountants.
  • Assist with the development of new training courses.
  • Assist with the creation of new online training content.
  • Assist with the administration of the training department and Accounts Academy.
  • Assist the Kerridge Team with project-based work and issue resolution.

Essential skills

  • Experience using Kerridge Autoline (Rev 8) in either an Accounts or Vehicle Admin role.
  • Fantastic communication skills and ability to motivate.
  • Good organisational ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Full driving licence, as occasional travel may be required.

Nice to have, but not essential

  • Though an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is required for the role, training will be available for the right candidate.
  • Previous training experience would be desirable but not essential, as training can be given to the right candidate.
