Based at our head office site at Hillington, Glasgow, we have an exciting opportunity available for a practiced HR advisor.
Focussing on employee relations, you’ll be expected to advise on and facilitate disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings across Scotland.
You’ll also be tasked with working on long-term absence resolution, redundancy and other HR concerns. You’ll be a key point of contact for HR guidance across the Group, offering advice across all departments, divisions and seniority levels.
The right candidate will:
• Already have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR advisory capacity.
• Be fully CIPD qualified.
• Have the ability to work on their own initiative.
• Cultivate a broad understanding of current employment law.
• Be willing to travel.
What’s more, we’d expect you to:
• Have absolute confidence in your knowledge of HR and employment law, and use this to make decisions in a pressurised environment.
• Be confident, articulate and have great communication skills.
• Be equally comfortable liaising with all levels of staff.
Based in Glasgow, you will be required to travel around Scotland for this role. For the right candidate, it’s an excellent opportunity to gain some very hands-on experience within a demanding, multi-site environment.
