About the role
Group used stock is a Central Administration role where predominantly we assist in processing all external purchases for the Group. It is a busy, fast paced office role where you will be responsible for day to day duties below -
- All necessary vehicle checks before purchase and ensuring
- Vehicle Stock Records are accurate and up to date at all times in an accurate and prompt manner.
- Confirming all vehicle stock details recorded are correct before vehicles are transferred to allocated Branch to ensure accuracy when advertised online
- Ensuring appropriate vehicle documents are obtained, recorded and posted internally to branches
You will be required to have -
- Competent in using MS Office Mainly Excel Team player who can also work on own initiative.
- Fantastic communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Be deadline conscious
- Understand the value of delivering an exceptional experience to the branches
