We are currently recruiting at GTG Edinburgh for the following position
Facilities/ Site Maintenance.
Handling the upkeep and maintenance of the facility. Responsible for coordinating internal and external building maintenance and ensuring high presentation standards throughout, the successful candidate will also be the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers and resolving any issues that are operational, environmental, or ecological in nature.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of all areas of the facility to a high standard, you will play a key role in maintaining the presentation. Out of hours call outs may be required as part of this role. We are looking for experienced individuals who are able to work as an effective team member whilst being able to work on own initiative and be successful in planning and prioritising activities. Applicants must hold a current, clean driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year. A PCV licence would be advantageous as occasional mini bus driving may be involved.
