We are currently recruiting for our new fantastic site, opening in October 2017, in Kilbirnie Street, Glasgow, for the following position:
EXECUTIVE TELEPHONIST/RECEPTIONIST
Being the first point of contact at our new Head Office in Hillington you will deal with all visitors and customers of Arnold Clark.
You must be professional, courteous and organised with excellent communication skills and have the ability to deal with people at all levels.
This role requires you to have a polite, friendly manner and to deal with with people both face to face and over the telephone confidently whilst directing them to the appropriate department or person efficiently.
