Hours

Full time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

Location

This role will be based in East Kilbride in our Bumblebee EV office.

About the role

As our Customer Service Planning Advisor, you will play a key role in our company-wide EV strategy, building a pipeline of opportunities with clients to design, build and install EV charging infrastructure.

This role will play a crucial part in the growth and support of Bumblebee. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team by advising and booking customers for the service and maintenance of their EV chargers. This will support Bumblebee in its aim to be the UK's leading EV installation provider. The role is perfect for someone with excellent administration skills and the desire to be part of the Arnold Clark and Bumblebee journey.

Day-to-day duties

  • Managing stock control and supporting our sales team with all areas of service bookings.
  • Planning and booking installations and service calls.
  • Liaising with manufacturers and install team to find best outcomes for customers.
  • Supporting our sales and service team with all aspects of administration.
  • Helping to create and deliver achievable targets and objectives.
  • Liaising with key personnel in the business.

  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively
