We are currently recruiting at our Call Centre, Giffnock, for the following position
 
Contact Centre Advisor
 
The successful candidate would be required to carry out telemarketing and prospecting duties. This role would require working in the Service Department, using pre-booking system and raising job cards. A good telephone manner is essential as liaising with customers to advise of service schedule requirements is part of the role. Excellent computer skills are necessary.
