We’re recruiting a motivated and proactive Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to work at our Kilbirnie Street Vanstore in Glasgow.

Full time, 5 days per week Monday -Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday on a rota 9.00am-12pm
About the role
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager for Arnold Clark, you’ll use your excellent interpersonal skills to get our customers enthused about our industry-leading Vanstore offering.
The role is to manage and develop a small team to deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and set the highest standards as the company’s flagship Vanstore.
Day-to-day duties
- Make sure customer inquiries are handled promptly and enthusiastically.
- Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation on site and digitally.
- Stock management.
- Engage with customers throughout the sales process.
- Ensure the branch complies with Arnold Clark standards & expectations.
- Work positively with colleagues within the branch.
- Provide support & guidance.
- Reporting.
Essential skills
- Vehicle sales experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- High standards of computer literacy and the ability to switch between internal computer systems.
- Fantastic time management & organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles would be an advantage.
