We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Executive to join our Insurance team.
Hours
This is a full-time position: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week).
Location
This role has no set location and will require travel to our different branches
About the role
This role requires a strong and self-motivated individual who is able to generate leads by themselves while also managing a sales pipeline to ensure completion of vital tasks. They will need strong communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships within and out of the Group to strengthen our position within the insurance market.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on beating targets, improving on expectations, and who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.
Day-to-day duties
- Self-generate leads/ Prospecting
- Manage sales pipeline
- Prepare and present quotes
- Build relationships within the Group, with our insurer partners and clients
- Hold client meetings
- Attend networking events
Essential skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Nice, but not essential
- The ideal candidate will be a holder or working towards their Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) qualification.
