We are currently recruiting at our 19-room staff accommodation Western Road, Aberdeen for the following position:
Caretaker
Duties will include:
• General maintenance and remedial work as and when required
• Regular room inspections
• Correcting any issues that arise
• Carrying out minor plumbing, electrical repairs and general maintenance ,i.e. changing light bulbs, unblocking showers etc.
• Maintaining building security
• Dealing with external contractors, linen supplier, cleaning staff
The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role, some basic IT skills and, ideally, their own tools.
You will be working split days Monday–Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
