We’re looking to recruit a new Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at Central Car Auctions in Lingfield.

About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining staff performance, while keeping track of the day-to-day running of the branch.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent leadership and communication skills. The role will suit a strong team player who is good at problem solving and driven to achieve positive outcomes.
Day-to-day duties
- Dealing with customer requirements on a daily basis to achieve the best outcome.
- Checking over all appraisals that have been carried out.
- Keeping team’s admin up to date with ongoing tasks.
- Making sure all sale cars are correctly prepared.
- Keeping track of staff productivity.
- Keeping track of cars that arrive and leave site.
Essential skills and requirements
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-tusk and prioritise workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Full driving licence
Nice to have but not essential
- Previous experience in the automotive auction industry
- NAMA grading experience
