We are currently recruiting at our Head Office, Hillington for the following position
The role will involve the typing of transcriptions/recordings from all HR disciplinary and grievance meetings, therefore a high level of accuracy is required. You will also be involved in the day to day administration within the HR department such as incoming and outgoing mail, references for previous employees, input of data onto the HR system, answering the telephone, dealing with managers and staff to director level. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as an excellent telephone manner.
