This is a full-time position: Monday – Thursday, 6.30pm – 6am
About the role
This role involves ensuring the efficient running of a number of nightshifts, and therefore will require the candidate to travel, sometimes overnight. There must be particular attention paid to quality of vehicle preparation standards at every level.
The ideal candidate will come from a technical background, with a proven track record within aftersales.
Day-to-day duties
- Recruitment of Aftersales staff working on the nightshifts.
- Ensuring quality of work standards are being met at all times.
- Preparing and planning of workshop throughout.
- Aiding and monitoring the efficiency of workshop staff.
Essential skills
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate
- Must be highly organised
