An opportunity now exists to join our successful team for an enthusiastic, proactive and professional individual who has a strong working knowledge of managing a field based B2B salesteam. Ideally, from a motor trade background though consideration will be given to sales managers from other industries.

Reporting directly to the Group Aftersales Marketing Manager, the candidate should have excellent inter-personal skills, be self-motivated, and possess very good man management skills with a strong desire to commit to focusing on leading to ensure all tasks set are achieved.

A previous history of sales management should  be demonstrated by CV with a working knowledge of motivating and driving sales teams to greater results in addition to being able to work with people at all levels of the business to include front line staff.

This role will require travel throughout the U.K. and overnight stays will be required to succeed. The role will require a high emphasis on field based customer account sales management visits with staff coaching and development also part of the role.
