About the role
We’re looking to recruit an experienced and well-organised Administrative Analyst to gather and analyse data to help us drive the company forward and improve the overall customer experience. You will build strong relationships with the managers and consultants within the team and be the main point of contact for our branch network across the UK.
This role would suit a very confident and adaptable person with strong and varied administrative experience. You will also need fantastic communication skills.
Hours
Full time: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
Location
This is a hybrid role which involves working from home and in our offices. You will be based at Kilbirnie Street in Glasgow and our Head Office in Hillington, while occasional travel to other branches may be required.

Day-to-day duties
- Effectively manage and maintain data from multiple sources, ensuring information is accurate all times.
- Collating spreadsheets efficiently and accurately while also identifying any anomalies.
- Ensuring contact list information, data, reports and files are kept up to date using your own organisation and time management skills.
- Compiling materials to assist consultants when planning for attendance at branch and for the preparation of reports to senior management.
- Assisting in the preparation of regular scheduled reports.
- Managing calls and the team email quickly and efficiently.
- Assisting in the planning and organising of team events.
- Providing excellent customer service to those contacting the team for assistance.
Essential skills and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word in particular)
- A proven history of managing data in a role which required keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to appropriately prioritise tasks
- Ability to quickly understand and embrace change
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Nice to have but not essential
- Previous experience in data analysis or research
- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel formulae and VBA
- A full, clean driving licence held for a minimum of one year
