We are currently recruiting at our ACVM Department, Hillington for the following position
Administration Assistant
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Your duties will include typing correspondence, creating spreadsheets and reports, maintaining database information, extensive use of e-mail and creating presentations.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in MS Office and will be required to undertake a practical exercise on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must be able to use your own initiative to create and maintain quality systems and information with a high level of professionalism. Excellent communication, verbal and written skills are also required.
